Tom was not pushy and helped us pick out windows for our needs. Mark was our installer and he was very thorough and professional. This is the second property we have had these guys come to. I have been happy with the windows and service both times. We will be purchasing five more in the near future. And more at this location when I save up enough money. There was a small hicup with the type of window we ordered for the bathroom, but they got it corrected without fuss. The installer, Mark, did a really good job with the installation. I had to get up a ladder to paint the new trim and was able to get a close look. Not the cheapest out there, but not the most expensive either. I feel it is a reasonable balance. Definitely better quality and service than from a competitor I used once, and only once (rhymes with "indo urld"). Also, better service than a much more expensive company that started losing me before their sales person showed up and continued to disappoint when the sales person did show (rhymes with, umm, Anderson). Can't talk to the quality of those windows since we didn't get that far.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone along the way was so pleasant to work with. Five seasoned installers came early due to the heat wave and had my whole house done by 11am. And I love my new windows. I feel like I have a new home. Couldn't have asked for better. Ordered the windows end of April, and they came in last week. Scheduled install for today, June 13, and they showed up at around 8:30 am to begin removing old windows. They were professional, fast, and precise. The install team was gone by 1:00 pm. I feel that the quality of the windows, and the professional and speedy installation more than justified having custom made windows over builder grade windows from the orange box store.

These guys are the absolute BEST! No joke. Tom came out to give us an incredibly reasonable estimate for a total of six windows, one of which was of substantial size. Once manufactured, Rick and Luke came out for install. They did a fantastic job and it went a lot faster than I was anticipating. Great customer service all the way around. Mark, Luke and Chris did an amazing job on our window replacement! We were in desperate need of some new windows since we still had originals, especially in the basement. We’re so happy to have windows that open and no longer have plastic over all of them to (attempt) to stop the drafts. I got 5 quotes prior to signing a contract and they were super competitive and didn’t spend two hours at our house demoing the window. Everyone we communicated with was so nice, communication was quick and easy, and the customer service was top notch! One of the windows came from the manufacturer with a crack and they immediately ordered a new one. On the day of install, one of the screens was torn and they replaced it right away. I highly recommend Energy Pro!!

We just had 12, Energy Pro, V Class windows installed and we were impressed with the whole process. Mark, Aaron, Chris & Vern did a great job with installation. You would have never known they were here except that we have new windows. They left the worksite very clean. Our home is much warmer. Lifetime Guarantee! Can’t beat that!! Even the most expensive windows, from a well known company, we got a bid from [at over twice the cost] couldn’t beat Energy Pro’s warranty. I highly recommend them. We can't give enough kudos to Energy Pro Windows & Siding. We had 4 new windows replaced in our home and will continue to work with them over the next couple of years to replace the our other windows. Tom in sales was very responsive and thoroughly explained our options and made us feel comfortable with our investment. The windows came in much sooner than expected and a crew was available the same week to install them. The quality of their work was top notch and they were meticulous during the install process. Energy Pro is an excellent company to buy windows from. Both Charles, the salesperson and Mark, the installer were fantasitc to work with. They were both very easy to deal with, NOT high pressure. Window prices are very competitive. Energy Pro is NOT like other window companies that use high pressure sales tactics to pressure people. I replaced a few windows, not the whole house at once and they were very professional about it. Mark did excellent job cleaning up after completing work.Highly recommend

We are very pleased with the installation of 21 new windows in our ca. 1890 Victorian house. From our first meeting with the sales associate, Tom, we were impressed with his honesty and respect for us as customers. We didn't feel like he was pressuring us to buy. One of the Energy Pro owners came to measure our windows, who has been with the company for 20+ years. The installation team, made up of Mark, Chris and Aaron, were courteous, efficient, friendly and completed the interior work in half a day and the exterior work on another day in just 3 hours. They seemed to enjoy each other's company, which says a lot about the inner workings of a company. The windows look great! The factory white color blends well with our slightly off white painted woodwork. We noticed how much quieter our house was after the installation...less wind noise. Even though it was winter temps outside, there was increase in temperature after the installation and we hadn't adjusted our thermostat. It's been less than a week since the installation, so time will tell how much we love these windows, but we can heartily recommend Energy Pro based on our experience so far. We love Energy Pro's lifetime non-prorated transferable warranty and eagerness to make sure that we, as their customers, are pleased.

We had 4 basement windows and 1 sliding door replaced. 5 different companies gave us estimates. Donny Bergman from Energy Pro didn't try to upsell us on more expensive options, but gave us just what we asked for. The basic measurements and estimates were emailed quickly afterwards. A few days later, the installer came to do the precise measurements of each window. The windows did take a long time to be delivered (due to pandemic supply chain issues). Mark and Vern, who both have more than 20 years of experiences, came to install the widows. They worked very efficiently and finished the window frames and trims beautifully. Strongly recommended.

The time had come to replace all 10 of our original casement windows. We chose Energy Pro based on the recommendations of two friends who had recently replaced their windows and couldn't be happier.Window quality/performance: The upstairs windows were installed in March and downstairs were done in October. We noticed an immediate difference in the comfort level of the upstairs rooms (especially the west-facing ones) once the temps started to rise. All of the downstairs windows are west-facing, so I anticipate a similar improvement.Timing: The upstairs window took longer to manufacture due to supply chain issues. The downstairs windows took less than half the time (around 8 weeks), which I think is more typical.Installation: Mark and Chris were the installers and they were fantastic. They were quick, thorough, and clean. Aside from the new beautiful windows, you'd have no clue they were here.

I can't fully express how thrilled I am with my new windows from Energy Pro. I live on a fairly well-traveled street, directly across from a school and the reduction in sound has been incredible to a degree I didn't expect. From the initial contact all the way through installation, the process has been completely effortless. What a wonderful group of people at Energy Pro! We have had two separate projects completed by Energy Pro. The first project was installation of a new window. We were so pleased with the quality of the window and craftsmanship that we decided to have two doors installed. We know we made the right choice. Luke contacted us on the day of installation and upon arrival, he was professional, reviewed the doors and discussed the installation process with us. He was considerate of the freshly painted exterior walls, taking precautions to prevent any scratches the exterior of the house and the doors looked amazing! Just in time to keep out the winter cold. We had Energy Pro replace our windows in phases to help spread out the cost. They last of the windows were replaced yesterday. The front windows were replaced first as the house faces south and gets a lot of sun. The front rooms were noticeably cooler this summer. We love the way they look and how easy they are to open and to clean. Our neighbors have also said they like the way they look. The installers, Luke, Rick and Matt, did a great job!

The process was great from the start. Charles was laid back and gave great advise of what to ask other companies as he knew I was shopping around. When Tom first came to meet with us to pitch your product, we knew after talking to 4 other companies, that Energy Pro was the one we wanted. We signed for the replacement of 13 windows in all. From that day with Tom, everything flowed smoothly from Dave's expert and accurate remeasuring to receiving the windows on time, to Eric's call yesterday to schedule our installation date today, and to Aaron's knock on our door before his scheduled arrival time. The team was friendly , knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough in the final job of cleaning up the mess. Everyone of my old windows was hauled away. We did a final walk through with Aaron to be sure that everything met our expectations and you all definitely exceeded our expectations. WAY TO GO! ENERGY PRO! You have created a lasting customer who will definitely recommend your company to our friends and anyone else who would like to know about our experience. I also want to tell you that today was the hottest day of our summer so far, and the fellas came prepared with water and hats to try to stay cool while installing in the inferno outside. They even reinforced our window air conditioner which is located in out 4th bedroom dormer window without any damage to either the A/C or the window. Mark and Aaron installed 8 windows in our home today. They were professional and took much of their time to answer questions about our newly installed windows as well as about any future problems we might encounter in other existing windows in our home. Our Energy Pro window replacement project was five stars start to finish - from salesman to measuring guy to installers. We replaced 23 casement and picture windows and they look and perform fabulous! Energy Pro's price was very reasonable, not the cheapest yet almost half of one bid we got. Salesman Michael went the extra mile to answer all our many questions and kept us informed. Installers Eric and Alonso performed a first-rate installation with attention to detail. Taking advantage of a nice day in February, we got our new windows installed. Mark and Aaron were great installers, quick and efficient work. Can’t wait for spring to open them and let the fresh air in. There was no mess left behind, inside or out. The windows will make a big difference in our heating bill I am sure. No gaps, and well made.

We needed a few windows replaced. They were able to match them to look like othe rest of the windows in our home. Much less cold coming off them than our old ones! Service guy was knowledgeable and helpful. Took awhile to get in, like everywhere these days, but install went quick and easy. We are very happy with them. Cost was comparable to other quotes we got.

I had 13 windows and a sliding glass door installed recently by Energy Pro. The crew, Luke, Aaron, Mark, Chris, Dalton, and Mark, were very professional. They did a great job. The salesman, Tom Reed, suggested that I replace the doors going to my back deck with a sliding glass door. Great idea.

I had nothing but a great experience with Energy Pro. I had 4 new windows installed and a new back door. There was some issues with the back door and all I had to do was call and they sent someone out the next day and fixed the problem. The customer service every time I call has been great. I will definitely be buying from them in the future.

We chose Energy Pro to replace three ground-level windows in the basement. My old windows were original (2000 or so) and one of them had lost the insulating gas. All three windows were difficult to clean and remove the screens. We had three companies come out and bid, and while Energy Pro was not the cheapest, they had the fastest delivery time. The window replacement service went better than expected. I was afraid we would have to touch up paint around the windows but I was pleasantly surprised to see that wasn't the case at all. They look great and we plan to have two more windows replaced by Energy Pro next year.

So excited for my new windows on front of my house. Mark, my installer, came this morning and worked diligently to get them installed. Plus he left the work site spotless. Definitely has upped my house’s curb appeal. I am looking out them now , it’s like a whole new world. We requested bids from over a dozen window and siding companies, and Energy Pro was the winner! From the kind and genuine salesman (thanks, Tom!), to their very helpful office staff, and especially the fast and detail oriented installers, it was exactly the kind of company we wanted to spend our money with. Don't let window buying intimidate you, they will make it a breeze!Fun facts:*Tom brought sample windows and it was really nice to see them in person in my own home and not have to go out to a show room.*It took our windows about 6 week from order date to install, I'm not sure what current conditions are like.*Installers were very nice and thorough, even vacuumed up debris when they were done. Most installers I have dealt with leave a mess.When we replace our 6 large windows for our next project, we will absolutely be using Energy Pro again!

Great experience replacing our windows. Energy Pro allowed us to proceed in phases so we could get them replaced at our own pace. My favorite is the replacement they did in the master bath for the old "fish block" window that was there. Everything looks great! Highly recommended.
